The European digital strategy in financial services is under development. The French AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) has launched a Sustainable Finance Exam. The AMF provides an English version explaining ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors. France adopts a protectionist approach, regulating the use of ESG in fund names.
